You can tell a great trader when something goes wrong, and Aric is a great trader. He shipped quickly and the drive was very well-packed. Unfortunately, it didn't work even after thorough testing, and I assume it got damaged in shipment. Aric immediately offered a better drive at the same price to replace it (or a full refund), and we cross-shipped the drives. This one works fine. Aric's manner and communication throughout were top class. I would be pleased to deal with him any time--he at the top!!
