First time dealing with and was a pleasure from start to finish but not without some shipping and delivery issues with Canada Post.
No fault of Ming however, he kept in constant communication with me.
I paid by EMT and he shipped Xpress.
Although packaging was something to be desired, everything arrived without damage.
DVD drive was just thrown into box without any antistatic bag along with cd's, however there was insulation in the box itself that helped I'm sure, but packed to loosely for my likings.
Having said all that, Ming is one of the best communicators I have ever dealt with.
