Three way deal: Sold a pair of Kingston 256MB PC2700 DIMMs to Nathan\'s friend; Nathan was my contact the payee.
crypticlogin was the Seller on February 24, 2004 AnandTech
Easy deal. Nathan posted a WTB and I responded. He let me know ahead of time that I would be sending directly to the third party, and given his heat, I agreed to that. Nathan then sent a Paypal payment minutes later, and I shipped out the RAM. No hitches here!

crypticlogin was the Buyer on August 23, 2001 AnandTech
I had a pair of drives that didn't work in my machine and to eliminate doubt about the drives, sent them to Dave to test in his notebook. Turns out the drives are indeed dead. Dave was kind enough to spend his time testing my drives.

Josh responded to my "For Sale" thread and after working out the details, he mailed out the payment the next day and I received it a few days after. Thanks Josh for everything, and see you around the forums!

Bought a DC-X Dreamcast import boot disc from Daniel.
crypticlogin was the Buyer on January 20, 2002 AnandTech
Good deal. The DC-X package included the instructions and DVD-style keep case, and the disc itself was shipped in a separate slimline jewel case so as not to rattle around in shipping. Everything arrived in good shape and Daniel was quick to respond to my questions. Thanks for a great trade!

Sold Richard a 40gig 5400rpm Fujitsu IDE HDD and a stick of Crucial 512MB PC2700 RAM.
crypticlogin was the Seller on July 29, 2003 AnandTech
From the start, I sensed Richard was a nice, friendly, straightforward kind of guy and that made a great impression on me.
I saw Richard's post looking for a few different parts, and I had a spare drive and RAM that wouldn't be missed. After contacting him and working out the details, Richard sent out his money order the next day and just two days later, it had arrived in my mailbox. He also kept in touch throughout the deal, from the start to the end. I got a message the same day the package had been delivered (maybe even the same hour.. he was quick!) telling me so. That's a sign of a great trader.
Definitely no problems whatsoever. :) I can only wish all of my trades had gone as smooth as this one. Thanks Richard, and it was my pleasure to deal with you. See you around the forums!July 29, 2003

johnnie (1202)
I was looking to buy a few sheets of higher grit sandpaper to do some lapping, and Johnnie, being very generous, offered some for the price of shipping.
crypticlogin was the Buyer on January 13, 2003 AnandTech
The word of the day: JohnnieIsNumeroUno. :) Johnnie was very generous in offering the sheets for shipping, then after finding they could fit in a first class envelope, mailed them for free. On top of that, the sheets were mailed quickly and were in great shape. I've had deals go less smoothly where the buyer was actually paid!!
Nothing I can type here will fully do the justice Johnnie deserves.. thankfully the 728 ALL Positive evals help out.
Thank you Johnnie, and I'll always remember this!January 13, 2003

Bought a couple of 92mm fans from Simon.
crypticlogin was the Buyer on November 7, 2003 AnandTech
Simon's a very friendly person and was really accommodating in the trade. I first saw his "For Sale" thread back in October and after talking a little bit, he was willing to hold on to the fans for a little until I could buy and pick them up in person. Fast forward to today -- I met with Simon and he sold me the fans, simple and quickly like that. :) He's a great guy to deal with. Thanks for the deal Simon, and see you around the forums!

Bought two sticks of Crucial PC133 256MB RAM from William.
crypticlogin was the Buyer on February 1, 2003 AnandTech
Except for a little snag here and there, overall the deal went fine. Since William was new and didn't have existing Heat, he was willing to accept half the payment before shipping. He was understanding with the delay in my Paypal payment (it tooks a few days to clear), and the package was stuffed with plenty of foam for padding. Of course, the RAM arrived safely and works well. Thanks William, and trade the good trade. :)

Bought a Logitech Cordless iTouch keyboard from Rick.
crypticlogin was the Buyer on April 15, 2002 AnandTech
It was great to be able to deal with Rick. He was friendly, very patient with all of my questions (the keyboard was sold as broken so I wanted to get all of the details) and was very detailed in his responses. The keyboard was sent with all of the original packaging, was wrapped very well, shipped as promised, and the delivery confirmation number was given shortly after. Thanks for the great trading experience Rick, and I hope to do trade with you again in the future.
