One word describes Ryan: Exceptional! Ryan contacted me after posting a question on the OT forums about finding a place that sells anti static bags. Ryan came up with an excellent price shipped and let me purchase any quanitity that I wanted for the same price. I paid with PayPal and since it was such a small amount of money, I decided to throw in some extra money (.30?ó) to help cover PayPal fees. Well.. Ryan refused and sent me a .34?ó stamp back with the bags. He said that the PayPal fees were just part of doing business.

Now.. This was hardly a purchase that will break the bank, but I just wanted to let you know what kind of guy I was dealing with here. Ryan contacted me to help me out, provided me with whatever I needed and a fantastic price. Not to mention that shipping was fast and his communication is excellent!
