Great/fast communication, fast shipping from IL to US. Product arrived safe and was packed well. Unfortunately the product had a defect, one of the keys was malformed and it was clearly a manufacturing error. (JudasM said he was unaware of it). When I asked JudasM about it, he responded quickly. Within an hour he contacted Massdrop and asked them to replace the entire alphas set and had it shipped to me. I will follow up here once they arrive.

UPDATE: the replacement alphas arrived from MD today. Perfect! JudasM made everything right, and did it super fast. I highly recommend trading with him.
