In fact the guy who gave him the bad eval is now listed as a 'Trader to Avoid'

Let me tell you, a smart person would look at that negative eval as bad luck that Xinco was unlucky enough to do this guy a favor and sell him a new, sealed, CDRW nearly at cost to help a forum member out. And then have the guy go wacko on him.
