The cpu was cross-shipped when promised. The plastic Intel container had opened during transit and a few pins were bent. Matt offered a full refund but we worked out an agreement where I would attempt a repair. Pins were straightened and the cpu works fine. Matt refunded a nominal service fee. Excellent communication throughout. Would not hesitate to trade with him again. A+++
