Communication was excellent, and the items arrived double boxed with antistatic bags, peanuts, bubble wrap, etc. I asked, and he said he would look around for the sound card drivers, even though these were "bare" cards. What I received was everything but the retail boxes!! Jonathan went above and beyond, I could not recommend him higher.
