The card arrived with retail everything but funny thing was that it didn't work. It worked for him before he shipped it out. He told me to ship it back to him and it was dead for him too. He refunded me promptly with no hassles. What a great guy! He also refunded shipping costs and the cost on my part to ship it back to him which was unexpected. All around nice guy who is very communicative and ready to help. There was no hassle in the transaction. He took his position as a seller and honored it. Could not ask for a better trader.
