I traded a Gigabyte X800XT to Jordan for a PNY Verto 6800GT + cash

Cross-traded on January 11, 2005 AnandTech

Deal went smoothly and we both shipped the next day. Unfortunately when my card arrived it was damaged by the P.O.

Me and Jordan both agreed it would be better to try and RMA the card as we figured it'd be less of a hassle to deal with PNY directly rather than to try and mess with the P.O.'s insurance claim (boy were we wrong). Well it turns out PNY has one of the worst and most nitpicky RMA policies I think I've ever seen.

Long story short though. PNY denied my RMA but was imcompetent enough to send me a new card anyawys on accident (karma is wonderful isn't it?)

Jordan was very helpful throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to deal with. Some traders might have just left me to hang out to dry and been done with it. But he assured me he'd get the deal settled straight one way or the other, and I had no worries that had things of PNy gone wrong he'd hold up to his end of the deal.

A++++ trader and an overall good guy ;). I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him.
