Bought a Gainward GF4 Ti4200 64meg

Payment was sent 1/28/03. Item wasnt shipped until 2/03/03. That wasn't too bad, however seller kept saying that he would ship it out the next day, then the next, etc. What really made me mad is how the seller repeatedly told me he was still playing on the card for days after it was paid for even though I was under the impression that the card was brand new. I receive the card only to find out it has a faulty capacitor problem that gainward cards of these models are known to have. I highly believe the seller knew of this problem since I immediately saw the problem and the seller's next card he bought was a ti4200 card, but this time 128meg. Seller said he would refund me the money, however he did not have it and I have waited 1 week and still no sign of money. I must now take time to RMA the card. This must be a fluke on the seller's part because he has 17+ ratings. However, this experience was a major headache. You decide.

I bought a stick of 512mb pc2100 and it was DOA (it messed up my windows and I had to reinstall windows and all apps) Anyway it took a month to get a full refund. He tends to forget the deal we made.

Derrick and I agreed to cross ship, and after 3 weeks of sending the hard drive, I still hadn\'t received the MO he was sent me, keeping in mind we live only 275+ miles away (Memphis TN -> Texarkana, AR). I contacted him, and he hadn?ÇÖt even sent it. At that point he finally shipped it.

Once I received payment, I realized that it was $1 short. I\'m not one to be a stickler over $1, but when it takes a month to receive payment, and he had the hard drive for over 3 weeks, then I approached him for the difference, as it was more of an ethical thing than about the money.

He said that he would send me a few extra $ to make up for everything, I agreed that would work. That was over 45 days ago, and I have yet to see a cent or receive a PM to let me know what?ÇÖs going on.

I hate leaving anything but positive feedback, and although I did receive close to full payment, when a party doesn\'t give 100% to a transaction, and doesn\'t keep in full contact with the other party, I would expect the same.

i had bought a p/s and when i was letting him know it arrived here ok,he told me about some other stuff for sale,and that it would be a little slow in going out,as he was using the stuff till it was replaced with what he upgraded to.
The stuff arived well packed.

Bought a generic pc133 256 stick. Unfortunately it didn't work as a 256 model, only 128.
