I sent two WD400 model drives, however it turns out one of them only shows a capacity of 20 gigs (?). I issued the buyer an immediate refund for the questionable drive and offered a full refund for both plus the cost of return freight. He opted to keep the drives so I have offered a 30 day warranty on the remaining unit just in case. A great buyer to deal with, he was good about communicating with me when he noted the problem and worked with me to find an appropriate solution.
