Great communication. We initially were trying to troubleshoot an issue he was having with a Phat 360. Told him I had too many and was going to sell them individually on various sites. We talked through a deal and I got them packaged up and shipped to him. He kept in constant communication throughout the whole process. Will do business with again if I come across some more 360's.
