I promptly received a tracking number as well as a follow up email on delivery day to make sure that the iMac got here OK.

It was the best packing I\'ve ever seen. A lot of time and care was put into it and it\'s greatly appreciated. It was packed so well that I\'d bet it cost extra to ship it... an adjustment in cost never came up either, an outstanding seller!
