goods arrived quick and well packed. replied to any messages quick. tuner ended up a half width card (doesn\'t reach pci slot when screwed in), but seemed an honest mistake he offered a refund straight off without complaint. I ended up keeping it anyway after screwing with the bracket a bit. excellent trader.
