I sold my current AMD system to Ean after we agreed upon a price. He sent a small, down payment with the agreement he would pay the balance after receiving and inspecting the goods since he had so moany more heatware refs. I botched the shipping in that the pump was not secured inside the case like I though it was and it had come lose from the tubing and was most likely boungcing around the case during transit. This was totally my fault. Ean politely notified me of this and I told hime to check everything out as thoroughly as he wanted before deciding whether or not he wanted to pass on buing the system. After testing to his satisfaction, he decided that the computer was performing as advertised and went through with the deal.
Communication was quick and clear. Ean exhibited alot more patience than I would've expected after hearing about the pump, and handled the situation in a very professional manner. I would definitely trade with him again, and I hope that my goof with the pump won't keep him from wanting to deal with me in the future. HIghly recommended trader.
