Failed to deliver me the the last item and has gone missing since April 18th.

Claims to have shipped the item but failed to provide proof of shipment. it\'s been well over 2 months and he has not responded to any of my emails.

Buyer never sent payment and all contact avenues have failed. He PM'd that he received and installed the GPU and was happy with it, then claimed he sent payment. Now buyer has disappeared off forum (has not signed on in 1 month) and still no payment.

EDIT: FEB'16 Buyer contacted me and sent payment. Seems he had some personal issues that he had to devote his time to, but in the end he made sure I was paid.
