I hate to say it, but this was a pretty bad experience. Paid on 12/11; he didn\'t ship until 12/20 and offered no explanation of the delay. He was VERY slow (days at a time) to respond to PMs/email, when he responded at all. PM me at Anandtech if you want the entire PM history and my full opinion. I did get the item eventually, which is why this isn\'t a negative.
