Once again the communication was quick. The drive got here fast and was packed properly. After hooking it up I had some issues with getting it to work. Eventually I sent the drive back to him so he could verify that there was something wrong. A refund was issued.

The situation was handled in excellent fashion. He continued to communicate throughout the process and told me what procedures he had done before sending the drive. After I sent the drive back, he tested it and found the same issues I was having. He pm\'d me back saying I had a refund coming and when I checked paypal, the money had already been returned.

Second time buying from him and even though there was an issue this time, I\'d buy from him again in an instant. This guy is a downright honest seller, you really can\'t go wrong buying from him.
