UPS fubared this one real well. It was insured but becuase it was delivered in US and taken out of country we ate it. Because of the shipping and customs involved. I proposed to Rudy that we split the repair bill if it didnt exceed value. great communication and kudos for a great and understanding trader in a difficult situation. I would deal with viperoni again despite the complications with UPS.
