This was the most complicated deal of all time (it ended up being a 4-way!), but it was quick and smooth all things considered. Tim sent me his PC to part out for him on consignment, which ended up partially trading someone else for memory that we then listed on eBay and split the proceeds, and then I traded/bought out the last of the items he had on consignment with me.
