1. Communication - Adequate communication throughout transaction.

2. Item - Item advertised as used. Item arrived as described and in good condition.

3. Shipping - Shipped promptly on receipt of payment.

4. Packaging - Item was packaged with two layers of bubblewrap around the bare card and placed in a USPS priority mail envelope. I like the double layer of bubblewrap but am leery of sending any bare card without a box to protect against sharp blows and heavy items sitting on it. However, item arrived in working condition.

Conclusion - Fine transaction for the sound card. Contact me if needed! Would deal with again!
