I made him a paypal loan and he paid back promptly as soon as the funds hit his account (even after his rep was tarnished and he planned to leave the trading scene). I had a pleasurable experience doing this transaction. The buyer was interested in two of my custom modded xboxes and lcd glasses, we had a constructive chat about arranging payment, the quality of the merchandise, and came to a reasonable deal that was beneficial for both of us.
