I actually messed up in shipping the item, and left out a set of cables. Instead of making a huge issue out of it, we very quickly settled on a slight reimburment to him in exchange for him simply picking them up locally, instead of making me ship them and having him wait. It was the best solution for both of us. I think this epitomizes a good trader. Not always will thing go perfect. In this case, though I consider myself as honest a trader there is, I screwed up. The mark of a really great trader, however, is how they handle minor issues like this. I don't believe Mike could have handled it better, and based on that, I would not hesitate to trade with him again. Thanks Mike!
