We agreed on a price, and since my offer was lower than his original asking price we agreed on a cheaper/slower shipping method. The next morning I get a PM saying he shipped it, but went ahead and paid for the faster/more expensive shipping. At such a great price, I was fine waiting a few days for the case, but he sweetened the deal that much more! The case arrived in perfect condition, and packaged wonderfully. The Fan controller was damaged during shipping and did not work. He went out of his way to help me and did all of the leg work for a RMA. Lamptron has already shipped a replacement but since it's coming from China, it's going to take a month. I will definitely buy from Him again and I suggest that if you get the chance, you do too.
