Packed very well, however once I got the card into my pc(and another for testing) it had a flicker,
HKKlife was very professional about it and offered to either refund half the amount or have me return the card for a full refund but for the low cost of the item it was worth it, so all in all even though the product was not working properly hkklife was a stand up guy abut and the communication was great thanks again.

Kris sent back my Intel 965 mobo + my NIB WD IDE HD and some $; I sent two 775 HSFs, a WD SATA HD, and 2x copies of Vista Home Basic.
