I sent this out via US Postal with delivery confirmation on Feb 3. I had been watching for delivery confirmation to make sure that the package was delivered. On Feb 14, I received a PM saying that the CD still had not arrived. Perplexed, I called US Postal and was informed that they don't consider the package late until after 15 days. I thought that bit and offered to send by back-up copy of the CD if the original shipment did not arrive in another day or so. Chong Lee said that would be fine. I was getting ready to ship the copy when I received a PM that the CD had finally gotten there.

I would definitely deal with Chong again. He was very patient and the communication between was very civil. Overall, I am very pleased with how the transaction ended and would recommend Chong to anyone else considering buying/selling with him.

Chong had a used MacBook on Anandtech for a good price. I\'m in a remote area of Alaska now and he was willing to ship via USPS rather than FedEx or UPS so I could pick the item up at my post office (FedEx won\'t deliver here and it\'s hard to track UPS packages for delivery here). The laptop arrived a day late (due to USPS, not Chong) but arrived in good health with excellent packaging. Chong had previously reinstalled the operating system to clean his data and I am looking forward to playing with my new toy.

I took a risk with Chong because his communication was great with me WRT to the laptop. He had 33 positive Heats, but his latest one was in 2005, so I was a bit hesitant. Seems like I made a good choice. Laptop looks great, booted right up and although I\'m new to Mac products (and thus can\'t really state anything is amiss with definite guarantees), my geek side sees that all is working and the laptop has arrived wonderfully as described. I would not hesitate to deal with Chong again: after sending $1400 to him first....buying anything else from him is a sure guarantee (to me) that I\'d get the other product.

Kudos to Chong for a smooth and effortless transaction. I wish they all went this easily.
