The entire package was included. I literally broke the tape on the anti-static wrap. All the parts were well secured in the original box, the box was packaged so well that it looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line, even after it was shipped. It was in top notch working condition.

As far as methods goes, hank was on the ball. He responded to PMs promptly (no more than a day or so), was precise in describing his item and was VERY friendly.

I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again, and if you are looking into doing business with him, you won't regret it.
