Transaction on laptop completed 1/28/04 for $1100, shortly afterwords lost all contact with him...As of yet i still have not recieved the laptop, and am having trouble contacting anyone about it... I am a very displeased with the repeated promises of shipping with nothing happening...Now im out 1100 and a laptop.

This deal fell apart, leaving me very dissapointed. I sent money to Memnoch through the mail. Memnoch contacted me saying that he would \'ship as soon as possible\'.

The grills never came. It has been almost two months since shipping was promised, and now I am unable to get in contact with Memnoch. He responded to one PM, repeating that he would \'mail them as soon as possible\', but now seems to have completely fallen off of the map.

I recently sent him a PM asking what was going on. Tracking marked the PM as received and read, yet I got no response from Memnoch. This guy knows what\'s going on, and is nervy enough to be avoiding communication with me.

If he had talked to me, and worked out a fix to this problem, this negative evaluation woudln\'t be here.

I am very dissapointed by this. I have had two very positive trades with this person, only to be scammed like this in the end.

I will withdraw this negative evaluation, and have it changed to a neutral when Memnoch contacts me, and I see the grills, or my money.

Regardless of the outcome of this, I will not be trading with Memnoch again.

Way to trade man, I hope that you\'re really happy with the $11 you ripped me off for.

Repeated emails saying he would ship it after he recieved the money for it. Said he was having some kind of family problems but nothing has ever shown up. Think I have been more than graceful till now. Matthew think the people here are going to need to file with your local police to get these items cleared up.

We had a deal way back in December 2003. After 5 months of excuses I finally got my remaining $107.

This deal was sour from the begining..broken promises..lies..no response.
Finally his wife had to pay me.
I have been trading online for almost 4 years now and this is the first negative I have had to post.
Any negative heatware that memnoch349 may post for me is strictly retalitory.
I have saved all emails and pm\'s to back it up.
I also have the invoice from Newegg to show I made good on my part of the deal while I was stiffed for over $500 for almost 6 months.
Avoid this guy like a plague.
I have no idea wy his wife asked me to retract any negative heatware I may have left. This guy needs to be banned for life.

I can't say enough about how hard he worked to make sure I was satisfied. Our original deal was for cash then changed to the gfx card then the card wouldn't work in the intended computer but worked in a different system so I did end up keeping it.
