Purchased Abit P35 Pro motherboard

Package arrived in excellent condition, tracking # was provided right away. Unfortunately, motherboard had bent cpu pin out of place. I tried to fix it, and the motherboard worked until I plugged in my HD and SSD, both of which burned out.

Bryan was very understanding and was helping me the entire time, agreed to refund the money as the motherboard didn't work as intended.

I would definitely deal with him again based on his timely communication and his willingness to help when a problem arises.
