Tommy was new to ebay. I checked with him early to see if he would accept Paypal so that I would be protected. He would not. Said he had been screwed in the past. I should have asked for proof. Anyhow, he sent me a link to view his HeatWare feedback. He seemed to have a good following, even though the posts were a bit dated. So I trusted him. Everyone starts on ebay at some point in time.

I mailed payment the day after winning. His auction stated he would mail the day after receiving it. I did not hear from him... turns out he was out of town. Would not be back for a week to even verify receiving payment. He apologized and said he would ship two-day. Well, he did get back and he did ship. But standard shipping. I recieved the item eight days later, three weeks after sending payment.

But the tv did not include the remote (NIB as stated in the auction) or VGA/audio cables. I contacted Tommy. He sent me a message and said that he shipped them and they were on the way. A week went by and I never heard from him. So I started contacting him daily (text, email, phone). Three weeks later, I have yet to hear from him. Looks like I am SOL.

Read his other feedback... he might appear to be a nice guy, but his actions proove otherwise. I would never go through another transaction with Tommy and would highly advise others to beware. If you are to even receieve the item that you purchased, it might take quite some time and effort.
