Claude was a little disorganized and shipped after a short delay. But to make up for it he shipped it next day air. In his haste, he shipped me a NIC card instead of a modem. When I alerted him he apologized profusely and shipped the modem next day air. He even offered me the NIC for free.
The modem arrived, was well packaged and as described.
I am giving him a positive because he never gave me any kind of run around, acted very quickly, took full responsibility and was very professional and courteous. I would trade with him again any time.
