Mike was very easy to work with and has quite a sense of humor to boot (really - it makes the trade an enjoyable one).

I did not realize I did not have the install instructions included; I lost them (they should have been as part of the item per my post). Mike was very understanding and was willing to overlook my (honest and relatively minor) error. This was totally his own decision to not take me to task - which would have been his right as a buyer.

Really a trader who will treat you more than right when things go slightly wrong and be nice in the process about it to boot - is about all you can hope for.

HIGHLY recommended. Great person to deal with and is more than fair - can\'t ask for better.
