We sealed the deal very quickly and I mailed the MO out the next day. Rich sent the MB out on saturday the 22nd. When the MB did not arive after five days I contacted Rich and he found that one of the employees where he mails out all of his packages had put it on a shelf and didn't tell anyone. Rich went out of his way to find out the problem, and resolved it very quickly. He was also very apologtic. I would do business with him if the situation ever arises again. Very nice person and very helpful. Also great communication through out the whole deal.

The company I work for was in the process of purchasing an APC Matrix 5000 when Rich tested it and found it to be non-operational. He promptly notified me, and provided an alternative in purchasing a Matrix 3K from his company. He made no money on the deal.
Since there were several of us purchasing items, he personally drove from Grand Rapids, Mi. to Columbus, Oh. to deliver the UPS & parts.
You can't get better service than that.
I will buy from him again, as I can trust him to provide working parts at great prices.

I live an hour or so away and so we came to an agreement on a non-shipped price, unfortunately our schedules were conflicting and dragged the deal out for 2 weeks. Rich was extremely patient and I was finally able to get down there and pick the items up.

Everything was exactly as he described and he ended up giving me twice the number of tapes as was originally agreed on also!
