the imac was somehow DOA, even though it was 100% working when I shipped it. went through a few days of trying out various methods to revive the computer, but ultimately went to the apple store to get fixed.

despite the DOA imac, the buyer was very patient, communicative, and trusting throughout the entire time. he is a great person to do business with, and i would recommend him to anyone.
