Communication was good throughout the process and item condition was as described. Packaging was really good with tons of extra padding and included original box as well. All accessories were included, but did lack a US power cord. Not a big deal as I have tons of them and its not proprietary. I am sure excluding it was a minor oversight. Would definitely do business with again and would recommend to others.
