Buyer reported several missing washers / screws. An entire replacement kit from Corsair costs less than $10 including shipping. I have refunded the buyer $20 ($10 for the parts, $10 for the hassle) and apologized. Mistakes happen but I always try to make things right. I hope the buyer will accept my refund and apology.
