there was a problem the case got scratched some how... so he let me know right away!..i really appreciated his upmost respect towards me when we were talking about the problem... and he showed no sings of sever anger(very nice and laid back guy)... i have let him keep the case and refunded him about half of his purchase price and even though it didnt cost much to begin with, i had no problem sending him back a partial refund since HE WAS VERY VERY RESPECTFUL throughout the entire process... as i have told him and for others to see now, what a great guy he is!

Ken had two Compaq EVOs for sale on Ars Technica, in the Agora; we negotiated by email with Ken\'s being responsive & cordial. We reached an agreement, with Ken even upgrading the RAM & installing a CD-RW drive in one. By agreement, I paid 2/3 in advance with PayPal & the balance a week after delivery.
