Sold an iPhone 4 16GB AT&T phone with new accessories. Jailbroken iOS 4.3.1 Before shipping, I attempted to restore to a clean, unjailbroken iOS, but could not, so I wiped as much jailbroken stuff as I could and sent the phone (as we discussed).

Logrus went through your standard "Interest, negotiation, payment, receive" set, and there was never a problem, but after he received the phone, he quickly found that one of the extremely difficult to remove jailbreak apps (iLocalis) was killing the battery.
This, of course, was not what we had agreed upon, so I did whatever I could to help resolve this problem.
It took a few weeks of emails back and forth and finally an email to the developer to get the app removed, but through it all Logrus was patient, quick to answer emails, and stress free. He could have been a huge jerk about the whole thing, but he wasn't, so for that, absolutely a guy I'd deal with again.January 6, 2012
