Steve was a pleasure to trade with. Quick turn-around on communication, willing to accept a personal check, offered to ship prior to receiving my check, and items were packed extremely well.
Minor snafu in that Steve forgot to include the AC adapter for the ComShare fax switch. When I mentioned this, Steve apologized for the oversight and offered to buy and ship a replacement power supply at his cost, if necessary, to make things right.
It turns out that I was able to find a replacement power supply locally for free.
Nonetheless, Steve seems to be a man of integrity insofar as he offered to likely spend most of what I had paid for these items to purchase and ship a replacement power supply.
I would trade with Steve again.
