Communication was great and shipping was fast. Unfortunately when the drive arrived it wasn't working, but I emailed Ben and he setup the RMA replacement with the OEM. I received a new drive a few days later and sent the defective drive back to the OEM. Even with the bad hard drive this deal was far smoother than other less complicated deals that I have done. That's what great traders do and I guess that's why Ben is one of them. CrashX is a great guy to deal with.
