Spent time negotiating price and what\'s included for the computer etc. and then I format the computer (so it is ready to be sold). Halfway through my format he goes offline and said he\'ll be back in 30 minutes. He never came back - I called his cell twice throughout the day and no answer.

It\'s very frustrating dealing with people and making plans only to have the person back out. Definitely deserves a negative.
