Experience went very well. He was very cooperative before and during the sale, for example doing a timed battery life test and clean Win XP reinstall at my request. Due to a family emergency, package was a couple days late being shipped, but he let me know about it and communicated well throughout. Item was packaged well and arrived promptly as promised once the emergency was taken care of. Running the laptop now and it\'s perfect, and couldn\'t be happier with it or the transaction.
