everything was packed perfect, one of the video cards did not work, he said it was old, this was ok because i bought them for cheap pci cards, he did refund the money for the cost of the one video card, great communication the whole time, perfect trader, i do want to point out that the video card not working was not important to me, they were priced cheap and they were older cards, the mobo works perfect and that was the main part i was wanting, i am sure if i would have asked him to test the video card he would have, everything came shipped fast, i hope to deal with again, thankyou again -- chris

Rapid shipment and good communication. There was a slight hiccup when the package arrived without the clips that hold the fan in place, but Karsten quickly found the missing clips and paid extra to ship them out rapidly the same day (without being asked). I always say it's the trades that have problems that separate the good traders from the bad, and even a trade that really didn't involve enough money to matter to most people received nothing but the FASTEST and most careful handling by Karsten. A true asset to the trading community. I'd gladly buy anything from him big or small in the future.
