John got mixed up; he thought he had a celeron 300a ppga while he had in fact a slot1 celeron 300 (no cache). After I received the "wrong" item, I sent him an email to let him know about the problem. He promptly (within 5-10 minutes) replied to me, apologized, and offered to refund me and to cover the shipping costs to ship the processor back to him. I got my money back within an hour after I told him about the problem. John is a very honest guy, and unlike some, he will reply to your email quiet regularly. Overall, I had a positive experience with John.
