Good communication, fast response, fast shipping and very well packaged. The server cube came in damaged, but not due to packaging. I contacted umbra! about it and he went out of his way to make things right. Even tho it was not his fault at all. The box got hammered during shipping. The server's bezel was broke and he took the time to find me a new one. He called me with all the info. Again, he went beyond what he needed too. The insu. will cover it and everything is good. I would surely deal with again without thinking twice. His trading level is way beyond A+. Rest easy when dealing with him and you will not be sorry. Good communication, fast shipping, willing to ship to Canada, marked package as a gift so that I wouldn\'t get dinged for customs charges. Packaging was larger than necessary and not enough padding was used, and so it got bruised up a little during shipping, but this was most likely due to post office\'s fault, not umbra\'s.
