Frank has excellent communications skills, we struck a deal fast & he shipped fast & well packed. However, the card would not work in my system. I informed Frank of the fact & he offered excellent advise on how to remedy the problem. Ofcourse nothing helped, so I asked Frank to hold on till the end of the week till I got my new Mobo & see if it works in it. Luck has it that the card will not work with the new mobo either, bummer. So I offered to return the card so he can take a look at it & he agreed. Guess what, the card works in his system, we are both dump founded @ this puzzle. However, Frank refunded the purchase price minus 15% for his troubles & that tells me he is an excellent trader & I would not hesitate a bit in dealing with him again. Awesome trader in my book :-)
