Probably the best FS/FT experience I've had to date. Steven communicated very thoroughly and quickly. He was able to ship same day for me, and I had the tracking number before I even left work! Very customer-satisfaction oriented, which seems to be the exception to the rule today. He even offered to ship me a copy of a game that was originally bundled with the card - but not mentioned in his thread. I wouldn't hesitate to trade with Steven again in the future - thanks again!

Steven is an honest man; I kid you not. He cares about other people. Even with my lack of heat he went the extra mile and put his full trust in my word. He even forwent my additional discount for lack of heat.
