Well I have slightly mixed feelings. Fast shipping and good communication, but packaging definitly needs improvement. The raptor came bare drive+cable with some newspaper as packing material. No anti-static bag/bubble wrap/shipping peanuts. The drive clicked ALOT when i first started it up, and I thought it was going to die right there. After a bit of testing the drive is still running, although still a lot of loud clicks, not as much as at first though.
