Great deal all around.

Only drawback was that the BIOS was bad on this board and would not accept an update to be flashed. It would boot and POST, just not take a flash. Fortunatey, this board design has a spare BIOS chip onboard so I swapped the two and got it working. I then ordered a replacement from Ebay and all was well. I normally would have notified the seller of this but I got busy due to the holidays and it took over two months for me to even get around installing and testing this board out, so I cannot hold it against the seller after so much time had passed.

Otherwise, the board was in perfect condition and exactly as described. I would gladly do another deal with Eric again anytime.
